COMMFFEST Community Film Festival is a registered charitable organization, combining exhibits with forums for communities to engage in a dialogue of social issues and cultural exchange through the powerful language of film in all genres. Commffest showcases a wide variety of local, national, and international films. It‘s main objective is to bring communities together in a global cultural exchange under one venue to share in their differences and similarities educating them in their struggles and finding their common bonds. The festival provides opportunities for emerging film artists in the areas of filmmaking, exhibition and education. The Festival fosters and supports more community interaction through workshops, for both youth and adults. Consequently these films are then showcased in the festival. Less
