CATEGORY RULES
Entries must have at least 51% U.S. funding.
Running time for all Short Films must be 40 minutes or less.
Please be sure you can provide your finished film in the exhibition format you are claiming it will be available in on your entry form. Failure to do so may result in removal from the festival program.
Films produced, financed or initiated by major motion picture studios are not eligible for the competition. However, any film conforming to the above guidelines and purchased by a studio after completion is eligible.

Entries MUST include a film synopsis, a complete cast/credits list, and stills (if sent on disks or email they must be at least 300 dpi resolution). The synopsis should be a well-written, concise description of the basic plot and premise of your film. Maximum synopsis length is 150 words for features, 50 for shorts.
The synopsis and stills may be used in the program guide and will be available to distributors, members of the press and filmmakers.
If submitting more than one film, a separate completed entry form is required for each one.

Please DO NOT affix paper labels to your DVD screener, as they tend to come loose after multiple viewings and can damage the equipment.
