Category Rules

New category for 2011.Any film that features or pertains to the natural world, specifically mountain or mountain related flora, fauna or geology. The Festival retains the right to move films longer than 70 minutes to the Feature-length category.

Films entered into the Mountain Wildlife and Natural History category are also eligible to win the following:

This award will be presented to a film already entered into any of the Festival categories that the jury believes best illustrates creativity and the arts in exploring the spirit of adventure.
