Category Rules

Narrative Student or Animated Student Films submitted to the STUDENT COMPETITION category must not exceed 22 minutes. Running time is calculated by timing the head frame to the last frame of the ending credits.

STUDENT Shorts are any short created for a degree program. Please list academic program in submission listing. Student shorts may be considered for the Super Shorts!, Historical Shorts, Doc Shorts and Global Shorts Forum at the discretion of the submissions team and any shorts selected for said categories will be notified of such upon acceptance.
