CATEGORY RULES
All submissions must be RECEIVED with proper fees, before the deadline specified. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
The theme this year is "martial arts" and the categories are all short films with a maximum time allowance of 17 minutes from start through end credits. If your film does not meet those requirements, then it is disqualified automatically...
If your film is profane and contains violence or language in excess of what our judging panel agrees is inappropriate, then your film is likely to be rejected.
Outside of that let's see what you've got!
