Category Rules

Films that have been produced by teens aged 15 - 18 are considered to be teen-produced. An adult supervisor is allowed; however, the entire film must be conceived and produced by children with minimal adult input. Teen-produced films must match the Festival criteria outlined in Festival guidelines. There is no entry fee for teen-produced films.
