Category Rules

Films submitted to the Animation category can be financed, produced and filmed anywhere in the world and can be any run time in length. Animation films should clearly be primarily animation with little or no live action. International submissions in foreign languages must include English subtitles in submission screeners and selected film exhibition formats. Student or Youth Animation films should be submitted in their respective categories.
