CATEGORY RULES
The Youth FIlm category provides a platform for young aspiring high school filmmakers to present their films alongside more experienced filmmakers. Films submitted to the Youth Film category must have a total run time under 45 minutes and must be produced and filmed by students attending High School level or younger. Films produced and filmed by University level students should be submitted to the "University Film Competition" film category. All Youth and University films get a discounted submission fee.
