Category Rules

Narrative films of less than 20 minutes are accepted in English or with English subtitles. If selected, films may be televised on Kentucky Educational Television (KET). Entrant's identification must be on the DVD. You must certify that all materials in your work are free of copyright restrictions or litigations. Further, you will hold KET and its TV channels harmless from any and all suits and/or liabilities arising from any alleged or actual violations of copyright or from any loss of material submitted. All films must be unrestricted for TV broadcast and contain no material that would result in a rating above PG-13.
