CATEGORY RULES
To be considered for the Best Film category, we are looking for films that are uplifting, that tackle issues faced by young adults, that can bring the audience to the brink of tears, or that overwhelms us with laughter.

Attention will be paid to the writing, acting, and technical elements (i.e. lighting and sound) of the film.
