Category Rules

To be considered, an entry must meet the following requirements:

1. Must be received by 12:00am Friday, August 29, 2014.
2. Must be between 3 and 20 minutes long (not including credits).
3. Must be submitted in .mp4 format. No other formats will be accepted.
4. Must be subtitled.
5. Must NOT have been previously submitted to the Cinema Touching Disability Short Film Competition.
6. Must either be about, star, or be made by a person with a disability.
7. Entries that are demeaning or discriminatory will not be considered.
