Category Rules

Content must be created on a mobile device, phone or tablet device - editing, sound and post production can
utilize traditional non-linear editing methodologies. Final output must be delivered as a H264 Quicktime File
with a minimum resolution of 720 x 480, and a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080.

All films must be no longer than 3 minutes, not including credits, and may cover any genre. Films must be submitted with a log
line, short and long synopsis and full list of credits. International submissions must be subtitled in English.
Animated, Stop-Motion, Science-Fiction, Horror and Documentary submissions strongly encouraged.

By accepting the rules governing this competition it is understood that the ownership of the creative materials crafted (mobile
content) will be retained by the filmmaker and said filmmaker will agree to grant the SJSFF and Emerging Artist Productions and
their assigned representatives, full rights to exhibit, distribute and promote the film both in an online forum and possibly within
the festival. Furthermore the filmmaker has declared that the material created and submitted is solely the ownership of the listed
submitter, that the full copyright is held, free and clear of any interests and represents the truthful and accurate accounting.
Entering this competition represents full acceptance of the terms and conditions specified above.
