Given the best film in the festival. All films, including student films and music videos are eligible for this honor. The winning film will receive the following: + $10,000 cash prize! + Private invitation, screening, and recognition at the December 2013 Awards Show in New York City. All documentary-style films, including student films and documentary style music videos, will be eligible for this award. Films that are part documentary, part narrative, will be considered in the Narrative Short category. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- The film is no more than 25:00;00 minutes in length, including all credits.
- If the film is in a language other than English, it must be subtitled or dubbed in English.
- Promotional, instructional or industrial films, and raw documentation of performances are not eligible.
- Entrants must be 18 or older.
