Best of Fest Award
Awards will be presented in two categories: High School and College. Winning films will be considered for international broadcast on The Pentagon Channel, which is broadcast to all military bases worldwide and to 30 million homes via cable and satellite television.


CATEGORY RULES
High school and college student filmmakers are invited to submit a short film 3-5 minutes in length about a military veteran in the local community. The film can be either documentary or a narrative style film.

The director must be either a high school or a college student when submitting. The subject matter of the film must be a military veteran. All forms/genres of film acceptable.
