Category Rules

Eligibility
• The films eligible for the Non -Competition Section must be: Fiction-Live action (Feature length); Fiction-Live action (Short); Animation (Feature length); Animation (Short). Films with duration of 60 minutes or more will be considered Features and films with duration of less than 60 minutes will be considered as Short films.
• For exhibition 35 mm print, DCP are preferable, though Blue rays are also acceptable.
• The films must have been produced after August 2013.
• All Indian films must be censored by CBFC.
* Entry fee of 10 US$ for each film entry from outside India. An entry fee of Rs. 500 for Indian entry. (Not applicable for LITTLE DIRECTORS)
