Category Rules

Any film over 60 minutes is considered a feature film. All genres are welcome. We highly encourage films that depict diversity, or that are made by diverse peoples. The LADFF definition of "diversity" is one of a multicultural nature: It reflects our world realistically. This involves, but is not limited to, disability, race, LGBT, religion, and other social diversity.
Please refrain from submitting films that promote hate crimes, pornography, and cruelty to animals. These films will not be considered, and are the antithesis of our mission.
