Category Rules

In order to be eligible for the 15th annual HollyShorts Film Festival and to be selected and win the film school scholarship grand prize, Films submitted in the Youth Film Competition category must be from a high school student or a first year undergrad in college, under 21 years of age, and the projects must be 20 minutes or less.
