CATEGORY RULES
Latin Film Fest will consider documentary films shot in Latin America (North, Central, South America and the Caribbean), or with principal talent (director, screenwriter, producer, cast) originating from Latin America. We will accept appropriate entries from any genre.

To qualify as a short, entries must have a running time between 0 minutes (minimum) and 15 minutes (maximum).

The language of film must be Spanish, Portuguese or an Indigenous language or dialect from a region of Latin America. Films in English language will also be accepted.

The film must be an Australian Premiere.

The film must not have been or be scheduled for public consumption through any form of public broadcast (including internet) or commercial theatrical engagement in Australia prior to 11th October 2014.
