Each category will have a People's Choice Selection. Winner will receive a prize TBD.

Category Rules

ReInvention Shorts can include films from any genre (comedy, romance, drama, sci-fi, documentary, horror, Animation, Experimental, etc) and the theme must capture how individuals or communities reinvent themselves as impacted by the recent economic downturn. Films must be completed after January 1, 2012. Films must be under 30 minutes. Digital Copies for Exhibition are preferred. Shorts that win People's Choice award may be shown at a future screening as part of Best of the FilmDayton Fest.
