Category Rules

1. Any narrative work of fiction with a running time of 65 minutes or more, including films that are shot in a "mockumentary" style.

2. In order to qualify for this program, more than 50% of a submitted film's principal photography MUST have occurred outside of North America (United States and Canada) OR more than 75% of the film's financing MUST have come from sources outside of the United States.

3. The submitted project must be either scripted or improvisational fiction.
