Category Rules

50 minutes or longer

Films entered must have been produced, directed, written or edited by a woman. Films by men will be accepted, if the subject matter is about or directly impacts women.

All non-English language films must have English subtitles

First and second time directors encouraged
Local filmmakers, Made in Florida & Florida premieres given extra points.

This category is specifically for any narrative work of fiction with a running time of 50 minutes or more, either scripted or improvisational fiction, and
more than half of the project's financing must originate from outside of the United States. I
