Development Grant
The Development Grants may be awarded from $100 to $10,000 depending on the projects being supported.

Category Rules

DEVELOPMENT GRANTS are for projects where there is a completed script and or a full treatment proposal to be submitted.

Columbia Gorge International Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes.

The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the project for funding, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.

All materials must be properly labeled with all tracking and contact information. The festival is not liable for any lost or stolen property. Any return mailings will only be granted via a SASE envelope or package included in the original packaging.

The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Columbia Gorge International Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos and properties entered.
