QUALIFICATION FOR ENTRIES: Any music video, made for cinema, television or the Internet may be entered. Music videos must be under 10 minutes in length. All submitted works must be in English, dubbed in English or have English subtitles. Only works completed after January 1, 2011 will be accepted.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Works submitted for selection can be presented only on DVD or BluRay (NTSC Region 0 or 1 only). Multiple submissions may be included on one DVD, but a separate application and entry fee must accompany each submission. International filmmakers may submit their project via a Quicktime file. Please contact the festival for details at submissions@tucsonfilmandmusicfestival.com.

SEND COMPLETED ENTRY FORM AND TAPES TO: TUCSON FILM & MUSIC FESTIVAL, 5512 Hollywood Blvd Suite #201, Los Angeles CA 90028 USA. All submitted materials become the property of TFMF and cannot be returned.

SELECTION: All submitted works will be judged by the Festival Committee. The Festival Committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project. Works will be categorized at the sole discretion of the Festival Committee. Selected entrants will be informed of their status on or around September 5, 2013.

SCREENING REQUIREMENTS: If your work is selected to screen at the Tucson Film & Music Festival, you will be required to submit a miniDV, HDV, DVcam or uncompressed Quicktime file of your film by the requested deadline. If the Festival Office does not receive the required video copy in the proper format on or before to requested deadline, the selected work may be withdrawn from the festival.

Tucson Film & Music Festival also holds the following guidelines: selected music videos may not screen at another local festival/event within 45 days of screening at TFMF; and music videos cannot be available online to view at public websites i.e. Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube, etc. from the time of acceptance until after the festival has ended. Music Videos that are online will need to be made "Private" or made unavailable.
