Showtime's Tony Cox Award for Screenplay - Short
The screenplays displaying the most skillful writing in a feature and a short film receive this award. All narrative feature-length and narrative short films in the NFF lineup are eligible.


Teen Eye on NFF
The Teen View on NFF Award is given to the short film deemed most inspiring by an all-teen jury.


Audience Award
For this much-loved annual distinction the audience picks its favorite films.


CATEGORY RULES
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows:
1. I have read, understood and complied with all eligibility requirements of the categories for which I would like this film to be considered;
2. To the best of my knowledge, all of the statements in this document are true;
3. This film is not subject to litigation nor is threatened by any litigation;
4. I am duly authorized to submit this film to the Festival and it's Competition;
5. I hold the Nantucket Film Festival harmless from damage to or loss of the print to or from the Festival or otherwise during the course of the Festival's possession of the film. I certify that I hold all necessary rights for this submission and accept the regulations of the Nantucket Film Festival.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
* Works must be available for exhibition on 35mm, DCP, or HD-CAM NTSC.
* Films must have a composite optical sound.
* Entries must be post-marked by the deadline date.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
* Please submit works on DVD NTSC format only. No PAL please;
* If submitting a WAB online screener, please submit a VIMEO link as well;
* For confirmation that your entry was received, please include a SASE;
* Make sure to write the name of your film on the top left corner of the return envelope;
* Entry title and name of entrant must be on all materials and containers;
* Applicants will be notified of the festival's decision by late May;
* The Festival is not responsible for returning DVDs;
* The Festival is not responsible for DVDs lost or damaged in transit;
* Keep a copy of your completed application for reference.

ENTRY FEE:
* We accept U.S. checks, money orders, MasterCard or VISA;
* Entry fees will not be returned;
* The Festival reserves the right to impose a $20 surcharge for returned checks;
* Filmmaker agrees that he/she will be solely responsible for the delivery of his/her film/print materials to and from the festival venue;
* Photographs and press kit will be needed immediately (if a film is accepted);
* Prints and posters due on Nantucket by June 1, 2014
