Category Rules

1.Previews must arrive before Feb.1, 2013.(WAB extended deadline - arrival)
2. Films must have been completed after January 1, 2011, and never been submitted to GFFIS before.
3. Films must deal with environmental issues or contain environment-related topics at large.
4. All the materials submitted for selection will not be returned.
5. A selected film cannot be withdrawn from the program after March 8th.
6. Once a film is selected for the competition, the one-way trip transport and insurance costs for the film must be prepaid by its sender. The festival will pay for the return cost only.
7. After official selection of a film, media clips of the film must be provided or GFFIS is qualified to use excerpts from the film, with a maximum of 3 minutes(or up to 10% of the film running time), for promotional purposes.
8. All the submitted or provided previews and copies of screeners to GFFIS will be kept in the Green Archive run by the GFFIS.
9. The entrants must send the information below to the festival, otherwise the entries could be excluded in pre-selection.
