In January/February, we will contact filmmakers of short films requesting they upload a file to a secure Dropbox, to maintain the highest quality for compiling discs into viewing blocs.
Documentary Films are non-fiction films no longer than 75 minutes in length.
- Independent Filmmakers (non-student)
- Student Filmmakers (college and film school students)
Productions must be independently produced, with the filmmaker retaining complete editorial control (i.e., no industrial or advertising films will be accepted). Educational films produced at schools and colleges are acceptable. The language in all submissions must be in English or be subtitled in English and in NTSC format. PAL will not be accepted. Each submitted film must be the filmmaker’s original work. The festival may request evidence to ascertain proof of originality.
