Category Rules

Best of Arkansas films may be of any length and genre. Films must be submitted on two (2) DVD copies for festival consideration (please test before sending). DVDs will not be returned. Films must have been completed no earlier than January 1, 2013, unless a special exception is determined by organizers. The Little Rock Film Festival makes no rules concerning the screening of films with distribution deals, with prior TV broadcasts, or film festival screenings; however, these must be listed on the entry form. All films must be an Arkansas Premiere for consideration for the Charlie B. Pierce Best Film "Made in Arkansas" Award.
