CATEGORY RULES
We are looking for for vital films that bring people together with universal stories. Cinémonde was created to support thought-provoking cinema that needs a special venue in New York City to reach intelligent audiences who work in the film & media industry. Our event gets people talking about your work. One of the key elements is having the filmmaker(s) present at the screening to present the film and participate in a Q&A afterwards with the audience. We can also present films with other members of the creative team present for the dialogue with the audience. We are able to interview filmmakers who can't attend by way of Skype.
