Audience Choice Award
The Audience Choice Award for Best Documentary Short is chosen by the voting of those in attendance. Winner will receive a Trophy.


Best Director
The Best Director award is determined by the jury and is chosen from all of the official selections for the Prescott Film Festival. Winner will receive a trophy and cash award.
Cash Award Value: 300 U.S. Dollar
This prize is shared with other categories.


Best Screenplay
The Best Screenplay award is determined by a special panel of screenwriters and is chosen from all of the official selections for the Prescott Film Festival. Winner will receive a trophy and cash award.
Cash Award Value: 300 U.S. Dollar

Best Arizona Film
The Best Arizona Film award is determined by the jury and is chosen from all of the official selections for the Prescott Film Festival. Winner will receive a trophy and cash award. To be eligible for this award the film must be shot primarily on location in Arizona or written by a screenwriter who is an Arizona resident.
Cash Award Value: 200 U.S. Dollar

Best Emerging Filmmaker
The Best Emerging Filmmaker award is determined by the jury and is chosen from all of the official selections for the Prescott Film Festival. Winner will receive a trophy and cash award. To be eligible for this award the director or screenwriter must be making their first film per IMDB credits.
Cash Award Value: 300 U.S. Dollar
This prize is shared with other categories.

Fees are nonrefundable.

Filmmakers are responsible for postage to the festival and return postage for exhibition copies. If you would like your exhibition copy returned, please include a self-addressed stamped video mailer with your submission after acceptance. While the Festival will take precautions to handle your film responsibly, the festival, its committee, agents and staff cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any materials entered.
