CATEGORY RULES
Shorts films are films 40mins or less in length (including credits).

Press kits should ONLY be submitted if and when the film has been accepted into the 2014 festival program.

Works in Progress will ONLY be accepted during the late submissions period. If you enter a work in progress in the Early Bird or Regular submission periods MIFF reserves the right to disregard the entry.
