Category Rules

Any super short length narrative film completed after January 1, 2016, regardless of content, subject or origin, will be accepted. Length must be at least 1 minute and no more than 9:59 minutes. The film cannot have been screened in Alaska, or in any other US state, on broadcast or cable TV, prior to December 1, 2017. Films being sold commercially on DVD may not be accepted at the programming director's discretion.
