Category Rules

The television category is open to any genre, any style and any category of material. The restriction is that it must be designed either as a television pilot, mini-series, or series and as such must also provide a general listing of at least 6 episodes. Although this is generally an animation festival, we will accept LIVE ACTION and combined media series in this category.
All entries will have the opportunity for local, low power television broadcast to an audience who will have input in the award process, so your project will get a test audience opinion which can be of assistance in marketing. Finalists will be offered an opportunity for a regular spot on the internet channel.

Programming can be for any audience, from children through adult, however we do require that the submitter declare the target audience.
Maximum length per episode for half-hour program is 27 minutes. for 1 hour shows, length is 54 minutes, and for features (90 minute or 120 minute, the times would be comparable - 81 minutes and 108 minutes, respectively.
