Category Rules

Living in Poverty- We want filmmakers to tackle the issue of poverty in a nontraditional way. Filmmakers to give life must the perspective of “how does it affect me,” and “why should I care?” All too often in our society people give this bleak answer, and your goal is to answer it for them. Make people see why they should care about poverty and show them how it truly affects them.

You must be from ages 13 to 18 years old to submit. Please provide certification statement, certifying adherence to all official rules. Also make sure to send your release forms: music, people, stock footage, location, etc.
