MISSION & OBJECTIVE
The Brainwash Movie Festival is dedicated to providing unique and unusual moving pictures to viewers worldwide.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The Brainwash Movie festival is the original Drive-In/Bike-In/Walk-In movie festival. Started in 1995 as the Cacophony Drive-In Short Film Video Festival, it has continued to amaze and please audiences with provocative, humorous and even touching, at times, movie picks from around the globe. Brainwash has a broadcast series in the works and is always looking for movies of any length, but mostly shorts (less than 13 minutes) for it's shows. Brainwash has had it's annual festival every year the weekend after the July 4th weekend (or shortly thereafter), now in Oakland, CA, USA and has toured throughout the American southwest and New York city. So fill out the form and send in your movie (and your name and address). We'll give it a watch and let you know! Good producing!
Dave Krzysik (General Partner); Shelby Toland (Organizer)

What You Get If You Submit:
-Free Admission to the Festival Event.
-We have a broadcast series in the works and will use your movie, with your permission, if yours is selected.
-Prizes, Prizes, Prizes, including Gorilla software. We would like to welcome our returning sponsor Jungle Software to The Brainwash Movie Festival. We will be presenting Jungle software Gorilla 5 and Story-O to our TOP 3 AWARD WINNERS this year!
* Gorilla is production software especially designed for independent filmmakers. It handles budgeting, scheduling, cast, crew, locations, accounting, editing notes, and even film festival submissions. Gorilla is reasonably priced, easy to learn, and really helps indie filmmakers stay organized through the otherwise difficult process of film production. You can learn more about Gorilla and Story-O at the Jungle Software website.
