MISSION & OBJECTIVE

Discovering new screenwriting talent from around the world.

Shore Scripts Screenplay Contest is focused on unearthing the best scripts from around the world and getting them into the hands of the producers and production companies who have the ability to get them made.

Recent success stories include setting up Feature Winner Louis Ackerman's horror/thriller script, FLESH & BLOOD, with industry roster company, Blumhouse. The film will be part of Hulu's 'Into the Dark' series and be released 2nd Nov 2018 starring Dermot Mulroney (Shameless, New Girl).

Claire Fowler won our inaugural Short Film Fund. She went onto Premiere her short film, SALAM, at 2018's Tribeca Film Festival.

2017 TV Pilot screenplay contest winners, Ella Roby & Lachlan Marks, have received Development Funding for their winning pilot SMALL TOWN.

Rob Lambert, 2016's TV Pilot Winner, has had his pilot LOS NINOS SICARIOS picked up by Sony Crackle. He is currently developing the show with their team.

The decision of the judging panel is final. All judges, staff, and sponsors are immune from any competition disputes.
