ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The Cinematic Arts Film Festival is a joyous celebration of the art and craft of cinematic storytelling with a goal of fostering a meaningful global conversation between cultures and countries through Cinema.
Be a part of this global cinematic experience.

Location, date/time and number of times film screened are at the discretion of the festival.
All DVDs submitted should play in standard US players.
IFFCA reserves the right to exclude a film From the festival.
In our effort to go green, all IFFCA communication will be preferred in email format.
If selected, confirmation email will be sent to the contact person provided.
Participating in the film festival implies acceptance and understanding of festival terms and condition.
General rules and Terms and Condition will use "film" for the film material submitted as part of the submission process. This will be applicable for all categories of film festival.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
International Film Festival of Cinematic Arts (IFFCA) reserves the right to include portions of films accepted to the festival for promotional purposes.
IFFCA cannot be held responsible if the film is lost or damaged during shipping. After the festival, exhibition copies will be returned to their owners, and/or to the domestic address specified by the participant. Shipping costs to international destinations will be the responsibility of the submitter.
By entering into the festival, the entrant represents and warrants that:
a. it has the authority to enter the film in the festival and to grant to the festival the rights required to submit and screen the film.
b. it owns all rights, title and interest, including the copyright and all intellectual property rights, in and to the film being submitted to the festival and has the right to distribute, exhibit and promote the film in and or through all media formats now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, the Internet throughout the universe.
c. no material in the film being submitted by the entrant to the festival is libelous or defamatory or violates any right of privacy or publicity of any person and the full use of rights in such film will not violate any rights, including copyright or moral rights, of any person, firm or corporation.
d. it has complied with all the general rules and terms and conditions for the festival.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows:
a. I have read, understood, and complied with all eligibility requirements.
b. The information provided as part of the submission and application process is correct to the best of my knowledge.
c. I give IFFCA the authority to use the submitted publicity materials for the purpose of promoting the film and the Festival.
d. I release and discharge International Film Festival of Cinematic Arts (IFFCA), its employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, licensees, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions related to misappropriation or infringement of copyright or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to my submission hereunder.
e. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFFCA from any claims that arise as a result of this submission or screening of my film (should it be selected) as well as from damage to or loss of any submitted materials en route to the festival.
f. I have all rights necessary and am duly authorized to submit this film to the Festival.
g. This film is not subject to any claims or litigation and is not threatened by any claims or litigation.
h. I understand, as the authorized representative, any prizes will be awarded to the director(s) of the winning films.
i. I understand that I am duly authorized to give permission to allow the International Film Festival of Cinematic Arts (IFFCA) to screen this film.
j. I am the US Rights Holder of the film OR I am authorized by the US Rights Holder of the film to submit the film and will include written verification from the Rights Holder with the submission copy.
