The North Hollywood CineFest seeks to celebrate great independent filmmaking of all genres in both short and feature lengths from all over the world. We strive to reach out to the Hollywood community to provide an all-round exciting, fun, and productive festival experience with a great networking atmosphere.

The 6th Annual North Hollywood CineFest will last 9 exciting days of independent film showcasing at the beautiful Laemmle NoHo 7 digital theater located in the heart of the NoHo Arts District in North Hollywood, CA.

The festival gives out a dozen awards in a variety of categories. The films can be of any format or genre and it will be up to the festival's discretion to consider them for these awards.

The festival was founded by award-winning filmmaker and television producer, Gustavo Sampaio, and his wife Natalia Sossa. They are both passionate promoters of independent film and will work to enhance the festival experience by hosting panels, parties and symposiums, special guests, including celebrities, as well as other notable industry professionals.

The festival is convenient for attendance in Los Angeles, since it is close to 2 major freeways and only 2 blocks away from a Metro (Red line) and bus station. Numerous restaurants and nightlife hot spots surround the theater and a variety of hotel options are accessible to the area for all budget levels.
