MISSION & OBJECTIVE
Bradford Animation Festival (BAF) ranks as one of the UK's leading animation festivals. It's overarching aim is to celebrate all things animation, to champion its craft and ensure that animation in all its many forms can be appreciated and enjoyed by as wide an audience as possible.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Bradford Animation Festival (BAF) takes place in November at the National Media Museum and 2013 is our 20th edition. BAF comprises two distinct strrands, BAF Animation and BAF Game.

BAF Animation hosts screen talks, workshops and special events by some of the industry's top names and culminates in the annual BAF Awards which celebrate the very best in animation from around the world.

BAF Game is a series of talks and workshops exploring the overlaps between the worlds of video games, animation and film. BAF Games speakers hale from renowned international studios, independent games companies and freelancers.

If you are a filmmaker and wish to submit your work to the Bradford Animation Festival (BAF), please send your DVD screener (must be playable on a DVD player) to:

Please also include an epk containing English language synopsis, director's biography and images from the film.

* Filmmakers are strongly advised to ensure that they have the authority to submit their film for festival screening and that any copyrighted music has been permitted/cleared for use.

* DVD screeners and EPKs are non-returnable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bradford Animation Festival (BAF) is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Bradford Animation Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss or of damage to the screening DVDs entered.
