MISSION & OBJECTIVE

Formerly known as the SoCal Creative & Innovative Film Festival; The SoCal Clips Indie Film Fest is an International Short Film Festival that showcases the Creativity and Innovation inspired by the limitations of an ultra-low budget. The annual SoCal CIFF has quickly become a premier spotlight for independent filmmakers to showcase original short films within a $10,000 budget limitation. If Selected to screen at the SoCal CIFF you become a life long member of our growing community. Our Festival creates lasting connections through cinema. We believe cinema and great storytelling can change the world and make us all grow as a whole. Our Films inspire conversations, entertain, and make you think.

Voted one of the "Best emerging Film Festivals in Los Angeles"- (The Film Fest Spot. 2015)

Awards will be given for "Best of" in each genre as well as the sub-categories of Cinematography, Acting, Original Soundtrack, and Director.
Our Festival is held in a state of the Art screening facility on the backlot of a working studio lot where they shoot the series CASTLE at Raleigh Studios in Hollywood, CA.
