ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Reel Indie Film Festival (RiFF) is an independent film festival with a focus on music-related content. RiFF was launched in 2013 as part of the 10th anniversary of Indie Week.

All films must have music, a musician or music maker as a theme, central character or plot.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Reel Indie Film Fest (RiFF) reserves the right to include portions of films accepted to the festival for promotional purposes. RiFF cannot be held responsible if the film is lost or damaged during shipping. After the festival, exhibition copies will be returned to their owners, and/or to the domestic address specified by the participant.
By entering into the festival, the entrant represents and warrants that:
A) It has the authority to enter the film in the festival and to grant to the festival the rights required to submit and screen the film.
B) It owns all rights, title and interest, including the copyright and all intellectual property rights, in and to the film being submitted to the festival and has the right to distribute, exhibit and promote the film in and or through all media formats now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, the Internet throughout the universe.
C) No material in the film being submitted by the entrant to the festival is libelous or defamatory or violates any right of privacy or publicity of any person and the full use of rights in such film will not violate any rights, including copyright or moral rights, of any person, firm or corporation.
D) It has complied with the general rules and terms and conditions for the festival.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows:
A) I have read, understood, and complied with all eligibility requirements.
B) The information provided as part of the submission and application process is correct to the best of my knowledge.
C) I give RiFF the authority to use the submitted publicity materials for the purpose of promoting the film and the Festival.
D) I release and discharge the Reel Indie Film Fest (RiFF) its employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, licensees, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions related to misappropriation or infringement of copyright or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to my submission hereunder.
E) I agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiFF from any claims that arise as a result of this submission or screening of my film (should it be selected) as well as from damage to or loss of any submitted materials en route to the festival.
F) I have all rights necessary and am duly authorized to submit this film to the Festival.
G) This film is not subject to any claims or litigation and is not threatened by any claims or litigation.
H) I understand, as the authorized representative, any prizes will be awarded to the director(s) of the winning films.
I) I understand that I am duly authorized to give permission to allow the Reel Indie Film Fest (RiFF) to screen this film.
