ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
We invite you to show your excellent movie! Our goal is to showcase your product and provide you with an opportunity to meet movie goers, distributors and other motion picture professionals.
We have a 2.5 acre church property with three buildings for movie screening, one building for workshops, and a social hall for receptions
Because we are supported by several churches, we will have adults and young adults watching your work.
We have established a committee of festival movie goers who will give you feedback after watching your movie.
The Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs Hotel is just off of exit I-4 and a mile from our church campus.
We have multi-tiered cash prizes for the winning entries and sponsor will be making additional services available for future movies as a part of our prize package. These are still being negotiated. They will be announced on our site as we obtain those prizes.
We will have distributors, publishers, and screenwriters in attendance to meet with you, if you choose to do so.
The festival will be filled with three days of movie showing, one day of workshops covering:
A) Is Christian Filmmaking Your Calling?
B) Improving dialogue in your movies.
C) Financing techniques for Christian Filmmakers.
There is an opening evening reception. Lunch will be served in the social hall both Friday and Saturday.
The winning movies will be shown at the AMC theatre In Altamonte Springs on Sunday afternoon. Prizes will be awarded to winners at that event.
