ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The debut of the Latin Film Fest in Australia will take place in 2014. A fresh multicultural festival created by people from Latin America who are
passionate about their culture and cinema industry.

The Latin American boom in Australia has created a massive audience with an urge to connect with Latin American film, and has allowed immigrants to develop their cultural identity while away from home.

Latin Film Fest Australia 2014 will provide a cultural experience that goes beyond what any other film festivals have reached. It is not just films, food and music, but a complete experience that involves all five senses, transporting people to different regions on the other side of the world, and giving them insights into the real Latin American way of life.

Latin Film Fest will take place in Melbourne, Australia in October 2014 at four Village Cinemas locations around Melbourne. We will showcase films both past and present from Latin America (North, Central, South America, and the Caribbean).
