MISSION & OBJECTIVE
The Red Wasp Film Festival is aimed at bringing quality films to the Brazos Valley and increasing appreciation of film and film making.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The Red Wasp Film Festival began in 2003 when founders Carol and Craig Conlee first held the festival at 7F Lodge in Wellborn, Texas. In 2006, Brazos Progressives partnered with Carol and Craig, and the festival moved to downtown Bryan, Texas. This year, The Arts Council will be assuming management of the festival. We are excited to bring quality films to the Brazos Valley and look forward to this year's festival being bigger and better than ever! The Arts Council looks forward to viewing films from around the world and bringing the best to The Red Wasp Film Festival. This year's festival winners will be awarded cash prizes for the first time in Red Wasp history!
