MISSION & OBJECTIVE
After over 10 years exclusively dedicated to showcase the best international short films in all categories, Laurence Asseraf Founder & Director of BE FILM The Underground Film Festival has decided to apply her expertise to features, and once again provide the young and vibrant international filmmakers’ community a launching pad in New York City. It is in this spirit that BE FILM International Features Festival (BEFILMIFF) has been created. Primarily catered to the industry, and closed to the general public, BEFILMIFF will showcase a selection of international independent feature films seeking distribution in the US. The festival will take place in one of the most exclusive private screening rooms of the City: The 500 Park Avenue Screening Room, where major US publicists and distributors will be invited to view the films over the course of a long week end.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The first edition of BEFILMIFF will take place October 24 - 26, 2014 in Manhattan NYC.

The festival will select independent feature films looking for US Distribution, and will present them exclusively to US publicists and major distributors. All screenings will take place in one of Manhattan's best known and easily accessible screening rooms: The 500 Park Avenue Screening Room, located at the SW corner of 59th St. & Park Avenue. All screenings will be exclusively catered to the industry. There will be no general public allowed, and no ticket sales.

TERMS & CONDITIONS TO SCREENING Please read carefully the following terms and conditions pertaining to the entry of submitted material to our festival. In order for your film to be screened please: •Fill out this form completely, include it with your DVD and check/money order, and mail to: BeFilmIFF c/o Laurence Asseraf 422 E 72nd St. # 42A New York, NY 10021 USA AND •Fax or email back this form, to BeFilmIFF (212) 861 1688 or info@befilm.net otherwise your film even if selected, will be removed from the schedule of films posted on our web site, and will not be screened. The submission of an entry form implies acceptance of the regulations. Therefore the participant and hereby beneficial owner declare to have exclusive rights of the film entered in this festival, including music rights. I/We attest that I/We have read and understand the Terms and Conditions To Screening of the festival, and I/We attest that I/We are the sole owner(s) of the legal rights and title of the following film and therefore have absolute authority to submit the Material to the festival. I/We will indemnify and hold harmless the festival, its organizers, judges, sponsors, and partners individu- ally and collectively, from and against all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses including legal expenses arising out of or in connection with any and all claims or third party claims based on Material submitted to the festival. I/We will permit the festival to use my name, contact information, and/or publicity stills, film, or video footage of Material in pre and post competition publicity and promotional efforts of the festival including internet broadcasting. All entries must be shipped prepaid, and postmarked by the appropriate postmark deadline. The Festival will not return any of the DVDs and promotional material submitted. All non English submitted films must have English subtitles or be dubbed in English. If selected to be showcased during the festival, all screening copies must be received by October 17, 2014 at the latest. Film producers are responsible for insurance and shipping costs of films to BEFILMIFF. The festival will not be liable for any damage to entries. All filmmakers attending the festival will be responsible for travel, lodging, and all other expenses incurred for their attendance. All selected films will be automatically eligible to screen at the BEFILMGIF (BE FILM Grenadines International Festival) that will take place in the island of Bequia in the Grenadines March 13- 17, 2015
