WITHOUTABOX
All submissions are required to fill out through Withoutabox.
Please be aware that the process of completing your upload on WAB can take up to 24 hours, so don’t wait until the last minute to begin. Although our online application is handled through Withoutabox, digital uploads are handled through your IMDb account. Once you select Secure Online Screener as your preferred submission format on the Withoutabox application, you will be taken to IMDb to begin the upload. Please note, you can upload your file in SD or HD up to 1080p and file sizes up to 10 GB.
Below are the accepted file formats for digital uploads:
• .MP4 files using the H.264 video codec and the AAC audio codec

We will not have access to your pilot until this step is complete-- simply uploading the film to IMDb is not enough! WORK-IN-PROGRESS

Unfinished versions of the pilot with incomplete or temporary sound, no credits or titles, unfinished effects, etc. can be submitted. Whenever possible, you should provide an on-screen description of missing elements as placeholders within the continuity of the pilot. Temp tracks, scratch music, and temp scores are perfectly fine for your submission, but please include a list of missing or temporary elements directly on-screen before the pilot begins.
