The 15th Annual Atlanta Underground Film Festival will be held July 19 - 21, 2018 at the Synchronicity Theatre, a new 140-seat theater right in the heart of the Midtown/Uptown neighborhood, on Peachtree St. in the Peachtree Pointe building. With a great restaurant next door and safe, easy parking, Synchronicity Theatre is the new hub for intimate in-town entertainment.

Since 2004, the Atlanta Underground Film Festival (AUFF) has served as a forum where independent filmmakers thrive outside the mainstream arena.

The AUFF exposes and promotes creative artists who work outside the system to create DIY, grass-roots movies that break the boundaries of film and video. Through the festival, these talented independent filmmakers now have a voice in a market typically saturated with commercial entertainment designed to satisfy the audience's expectations.

Much more than the traditional stuffy film festival, AUFF is a non-stop party, celebrating short and feature films in a down-to-earth, welcoming setting where filmmakers and fans are encouraged to connect and collaborate.

AUFF is celebrating 15 years in 2018, and the festival will be the biggest and best yet! After 15 years, we are proud to have showcased thousands of incredible up-and-coming film and video artists from nearly every country in the world.

Join us for this incredible celebration! Submit your features and shorts of every genre today, and experience the 2018 Atlanta Underground Film Festival.
