The mission of the Twin Cities Film Fest is to
become the premier Midwest film festival
showcasing exceptional American Independent films
and striving to promote emerging Minnesota talent to
the national film industry. The festival also aspires to
provide educational opportunities to film
professionals, students and the general public through
events and activities such as workshops, seminars,
panel discussions, master classes, and cause-based

Formally established in 2009, and with roots tracing back to 2005, the Twin Cities Film Fest has an impressive track record of recruiting, celebrating and showcasing brilliant works of visual art. During its first fully-realized festival in 2010, TCFF roared into the festival scene with a critically-lauded lineup of independent Oscar-caliber films and renowned industry guests. For an encore, TCFF 2011, 2012 and 2013 packed a major punch with another slate of thought-provoking dramas and socially-conscious documentaries, this time also adding panel discussions, educational seminars and local networking events. Even more encouraging: The increasing attendance figures point to an event on the rise, and the interest levels are at an all time high for movie studios wanting to promote and premiere their films at the festival.
