ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
This year East Los Angeles is proud to announce the collaboration of the Reel Rasquache Art & Film Festival and the East Los Angeles Film Festival (ELAFF) produced The East LA Society of Film Arts with the support from Supervisor Gloria Molina and Councilman Jose Huizar.
The Reel Rasquache Art & Film Festival will take place starting May 17, 2013 at Casa 0101.

The Reel Rasquache Art & Film Festival is only accepting films by Filmakers on the U.S. Latino Experience. The categories are Short and Feature and can inlcude any type of films, webisode, experimental, animation, cell phone shorts that include USA Latinos in the production of the films. This includes, directors, writers, producers, actors, set designers, photographers and so on...
Shorts must be under 45min.
Features must be over 45min.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
The Reel Rasquache Art and Film Festival and The East Los Angeles Society of Film and Arts Annual International Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes.
The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
All films submitted are automatically part of TELA SOFA and Reel Rasquache non-commercial film library unless otherwise stated by the filmmaker or representative.
The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless The Reel Rasquache Art and Film Festival and The East Los Angeles Society of Film and Arts Annual International Film Festival, and Casa 0101from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
