Artists inspiring artists; Changing the world.

The Cinematic Arts Film Festival is a joyous celebration of the art and craft of cinematic storytelling with a goal of fostering a meaningful global conversation between cultures and countries through Cinema.

Be a part of this global cinematic experience.

The Cinematic Arts Film Festival (IFFCA) is a film festival started by filmmakers to celebrate filmmakers.

Now in our 6th year! We celebrate the cinematic arts by holding the festival in historical arts cinema theaters here in Los Angeles.

This year's theme is DO IT YOURSELF. With the ever changing world of cinema, the old ways of waiting on traditional investors to finance your project are over. As filmmakers, we must do it ourselves. This year, we want to foster a debate on how we can leverage this community, to collaborate with each other, to rely on each other, to be interdependent on each other, and MAKE FILMS!

Unlike other festivals where short filmmakers hardly get any attention, we ensure that all filmmakers get photographed on the red carpet, and we film all Q&As and also conduct feature interviews with all filmmakers presenting films at the festival.

We promote the filmmakers in our social media and on our Youtube Channel.

We are excited to get to know you, and are looking forward to viewing your submission.
