Feature Films (over 30 minutes)

There are no constraints on genre, content, subject matter, year completed, or country of origin. The OIFF only accepts submissions that do not already have a theatrical distribution deal in place.

MISSION & OBJECTIVE

The OIFF is dedicated to freedom of expression through independent media. The OIFF is programmed 100% from the films and videos submitted each year, an unusual filmmaker-friendly standard for festivals.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

The OIFF was founded in 1993 by filmmakers frustrated by the lack of venues for independent work, particularly independent work from filmmakers who are not yet commercially successful.
